Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this window.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
How to Request a Return
Submit a request through our contact form and select “refund request” (or “returns / exchanges”) as the subject. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll evaluate your request and send a prepaid shipping label and instructions if approved. Items returned without prior authorization will be rejected.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us through the form right away (subject: “refund request” or “returns / exchanges”) so we can resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Customized items (personalized orders)
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
You can either return the original item and place a new order, or request a direct exchange. With an exchange, the replacement ships once the original return arrives.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
