A drop is the release of one specific product. The product is defined by a combination of the type of item, color and design elements. So, a black hoodie with our logo is a different drop than a purple shirt with our logo. 

Core Drop

Our core drops will be generally available. They are items that will be restocked until they are retired. 

Limited Drop: 

Our limited drops will be released once. After the drop sells out we may have one or more surprise re-drop events, but there is no guarantee for a re-drop.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We want you to be proud to wear your feelings, not annoyed with your item. 

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after the delivery of your item. To receive a full refund the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note for exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Otherwise feel free to request an exchange. We will ship out the new item once we receive your return.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Due to the delays experienced by shipping carriers, we cannot guarantee shipping times. 

Our shipping rate is a $9 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the USA with free shipping for all orders over $150. Shipping will take 3 to 5 business days within the continuous 48 states.
